For New Year's Eve we made some last minute plans to spend the evening with our friends Chas & Brandon and their daughter Gabby (Garrett's future wife). We went to dinner and then back to their house to play games for the rest of the night. Garrett, however, had other plans for us. He refused to go to sleep until about 10:00pm (his usual bedtime is 7:30) and then he was up screaming at 10:30 and wouldn't go back to sleep. So, we had to come home earlier than expected. He went right to sleep in his own bed as soon as we got home and Adam & I were in bed not long after. I know what you're thinking.....gosh they sound old! It's amazing what having a baby will do!
