Wow, time is really flying by! Tomorrow marks the 31 week point in this pregnancy and Baby Wilensky will be here before we know it! We had our follow up ultrasound last week with Maternal Fetal Medicine. The Perinatologist that we saw was not concerned with the baby's current ventricle measurements and they did not find any evidence of any chromosome abnormalities, which would have indicated the need for an amniocentesis (YAY!). So, we were able to breathe a huge sigh of relief that he is looking perfect and healthy! At that ultrasound (which was done at 30 weeks, 2 days), they were estimating his current weight at 4 pounds, which was a 1/2 pound increase from the previous week. So, at this point it is looking like he might end up being a big baby, but only time will tell :) There is, however, no doubt that I, on the other hand, am definitely quite large at this point!
