Happy 10 Month Birthday Garrett!

Wow! I cannot believe that our little baby is going to be a year old in just 8 weeks! Where has the time gone? Garrett continues to bring us so much joy each and every day. We are so truly blessed. I honestly cannot imagine our lives without him and wonder what we did with all of our time before he came along. He is growing so quickly and discovers new things every day. He is still refusing to crawl, but is pulling up on everything and cruising around the furniture. He loves to hold onto our fingers and walk all around the house. Now that the weather is getting nice we have been able to get outside more, which he loves. He is still battling an ear infection. We made a trip into the office yesterday and he had to get a shot of Rocephin (a strong antibiotic) because his ear hadn't improved after 6 days of antibiotics. He was such a trooper and didn't even cry! He is now on a stronger oral antibiotic and hopefully his ear will clear up. If not, Dr. Harper has recommended that we see ENT and discuss possibly putting ear tubes in. Hopefully it will not get to this point. My cousin (practically my baby sister) Ashley is staying with us for several days this week, so we have many activities planned. I will update with photos later this week.
