Christmas 2009

Christmas is always such a magical time, but this year was, by far, the best ever! Garrett is at such a fun age and is amazed by the smallest things. So, it was awesome to be able to experience the holiday through his eyes. He had already noticed the presents under the tree a few days before Christmas and on the Big Day he was completely overwhelmed. He immediately ran to the unwrapped items that Santa had delivered already assembled and from then on, it was almost impossible to get him to stop playing with those long enough to open his next gift. We ended up having to open half of his presents for him! But, by afternoon, he was ready to open Round #2 of gifts and we could hardly keep him out of the presents long enough for everyone to walk into the living room to watch him!
